potential guests are fully informed prior to booking their holiday.

FISHERMAN’S COTTAGE:

Due to the nature of the cottage, it is not possible to cater for guests with certain restricted mobility requiremnts.

We recognise that the cottage is not suitable for those who are
unable to manage both the steps on the path to the front door or the
staircase within the cottage.

In order to ensure your comfort, and the suitability of the cottage,
the following description identifies the access to the cottage (also see
cottage pictures).

• The cottage is accessed via a garden path. There are three steps up from the drive area, a gently sloping path to the doorway
• Access to the cottage is via two steps, and a low threshold door strip
• The staircase is quite narrow and is slightly steeper than average,
  with a quarter turn landing. The stairwell has limited headroom
• The property has only one bathroom, which is located upstairs adjacent to the bedrooms
