Arrivals:
The property will be available from 4pm on the start date of your holiday. Key collection will normally be in person on arrival as we live on site in the farmhouse. If you expect to be late arriving or have problems enroute, please let us know.

Shopping delivery:
Tesco deliver to the farmhouse and our neighbours. If you plan to have shopping delivered and need to book a slot prior to your expected arrival, please contact us in advance – subject to availability we will do what we can to assist.

Departure:
At the end of your stay we ask that you vacate the property by no later than 9.30am to allow us sufficient time to prepare for our next guests.

Environmental impact:
We aim to minimise the impact on the environment by minimising non essential waste.

• If you have not used the Hot Tub at all during your stay, we ask that you tell us so that we do not change the water before the next guests – Our guests comfort and health and safety is our primary concern, so if we don’t know we will change the water to be sure.
• If there are towels or bedding that have not been used, we ask you to leave them clearly identified as unused – we will therefore not wash items for the sake of it
• We ask that all bedding and towels that have been used are removed and placed in a pile in the bathroom
